Kite Purses are something completely new & unique from Pocket Carnival! Penny sat down and thought about different purse shapes & sizes, and came up with a kite purse. Pocket Carnival Kite Purses are big enough for a phone, keys & a few cards, or you can pop a few tiny toys or kids things inside.
